Membership Meeting Thursday, October 8th @7:00pm
Nominations for all Officers and Trustees of the Corporation shall be from the floor at the regular membership meetings in October and November. No Member can run for office unless they have attended at least (3) Regular meetings and (3) Board meetings in the last year.
Raffle tickets will also be available. Free hotdogs after the meeting!
 
Gun Raffle
We will have the drawing of the ii tickets at the October Membership meeting.
Tickets for the next gun raffle are $10.00 the winner will have their choice of either a Kimber .45ACP or S&W.357 magnum handguns, Henry rifle (your choice of available caliber) or cash option of $500. Contact Ron Krysiak (216-316-1748).

5 Stand Shoot & Breakfast
This month’s Shoot will be October 24th. This will be our last breakfast/shoot of the 2026 season. Look for future shoots after the first of the year. See the flyer on our website under Club News. Halloween Zombie Apocalypse Shoot
There will be a “Halloween Zombie Apocalypse Shoot” Sunday, October 25, 2026. See the flyer on our website for details.
 
Youth Archery
The Youth Archery and Air Rifle Program will begin November 1rst from 12pm until 3pm (note new start time). This is a FREE event open to all members and non-members.
 
Monday Night 50 Bird Trap Program
See the flyer on our website for details. Shooting starts at 6pm. The final night of this event will be October 19th.
 
Practice Trap & 5 Stand
The Trap range and 5 Stand are open on Tuesday evenings from 5pm until 7pm. Bring your own ammo.
Price is $10 (members & guests) per 25 target round for the 5 Stand

Lake
Please abide by the catch and release rule for Bass and Catfish until further notice.
 
Ticks
Everyone should be using permethrin and/or Repel Tick Defense spray. Follow the manufacturer’s directions.
 
New Membership Offer

Membership Renewal for 2027
We will begin accepting 2027 renewals in October. Look for the new form available soon on our website and in the office. Keep your RFID card. Do not send it back to the Club. It will be reactivated when dues are received.
 
New member referral rebate
If you are a current member and bring in a new member for 2026, the Club will give you a $50 rebate. There is no limit to the number of new members you can bring in. This applies to 2026 memberships only. Make sure the new candidate states that you referred them at the bottom of your form.
